4. Setup

The Waterdrop K19-HG is designed for easy, no-installation setup. Simply place it on a stable, flat surface, fill the water tank, and plug it in.

Initial Setup Steps:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a clean, dry, and level countertop. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.
  3. Install Filter: Open the filter compartment, insert the 3-in-1 composite filter, and secure it according to the markings. The pull-out design makes this process straightforward.
  4. Fill Water Tank: Remove the water reservoir, fill it with tap water, and place it back into the unit. Ensure it is properly seated.
  5. Power On: Plug the power cable into a suitable electrical outlet. The unit will power on and may display a 'Flush' message.

5. Operating Instructions

The Waterdrop K19-HG features an intuitive smart screen and touch buttons for easy operation.

Dispensing Water:

  1. Select Temperature: Use the touch controls to select your desired water temperature. Available temperatures range from 45°C to 95°C, with ambient temperature also an option.
  2. Select Volume: Choose the desired water volume from preset options: 150ml, 250ml, 350ml, 500ml, or 750ml.
  3. Dispense: Place your cup or container under the dispenser nozzle and press the dispense button. Hot water will be dispensed almost instantly.
  4. Child Safety Lock: The system includes a child safety lock feature to prevent accidental hot water dispensing. Refer to the on-screen prompts or specific instructions for activating/deactivating this feature.

6. Maintenance

Filter Replacement:

The system will indicate when a filter replacement is due via the smart screen. Regular filter replacement is crucial for maintaining water quality and system performance.
