Setup Instructions

  1. Install Egg-Flipping Gear: Before initial use, install the egg-flipping gear into the designated slot on the top cover. Ensure it is securely in place to enable the automatic egg turning function.
  2. Place Eggs: Arrange fertilized eggs on the appropriate egg tray (small or big, depending on egg size). Ensure eggs are evenly distributed.
  3. Connect Water Bottles: Attach the provided water bottles to the external water filling system. Fill the bottles with clean water. The system will automatically maintain humidity.
  4. Secure Top Cover: Place the top cover onto the base, ensuring it is properly aligned and sealed.
  5. Power On: Connect the power adapter to the incubator and a suitable power outlet. The display will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Functions

The incubator features an intuitive control panel with an LED display for monitoring and adjusting settings.

  • Temperature Setting: Press the 'Setting' button (gear icon) once to enter temperature adjustment mode. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired temperature (default 100.4°F, adjustable range 68-104°F). The heating indicator will blink when heating.
  • Humidity Display: The display shows the current humidity percentage.
  • Hatching Days Setting: Press the 'Setting' button a third time to adjust the total hatching days (default 21 days).
  • Egg Turning Interval: Press the 'Setting' button a fourth time to set the automatic egg turning interval (60, 120, or 180 minutes).
  • Egg Turning Test: Press and hold the '+' button for 3 seconds to perform an egg turning test.
  • Reset: Press and hold both '+' and '-' buttons for 3 seconds to reset settings before each incubation cycle.

Automatic Egg Turning

The incubator automatically turns eggs to ensure even heat distribution and proper embryo development. The turning mechanism will stop three days before the set hatching day to prepare for hatching.

External Water Refill System

Maintain consistent humidity by refilling water through the external ports using the provided bottles. This avoids opening the incubator, which can disrupt internal conditions.

Egg Candling

Airflow System

The incubator utilizes a fan-assisted induced airflow system to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the incubation chamber. The ventilation switch on the top cover can be adjusted.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene. The incubator is designed for easy disassembly to facilitate cleaning.
