3. Setup

  1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging. The unit comes largely pre-assembled.
  2. Handlebar Setup: Lift the handlebar into the upright position. Secure it by tightening the two wing bolts on each side.
  3. Power Connection: Locate the power input port at the base of the treadmill. Connect the provided power cord securely.
  4. Safety Key: Attach the red magnetic safety key to the designated spot on the handlebar console. For safety, clip the other end of the cord to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.
  5. Initial Power On: Flip the main power switch located near the power input port to the 'ON' position. The LED displays will illuminate.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Modes of Operation

  • Walking Mode (0.6-5 MPH): Ideal for casual walking or under-desk use.
  • Running Mode (5-7.6 MPH): For more intense cardio workouts.
  • Climbing Mode: Achieved by engaging the manual incline.
  • Working Mode: With the handlebar folded down, the treadmill functions as a walking pad suitable for use under a standing desk.

4.2 Adjusting Speed and Incline

  • Speed Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the handlebar console or the remote control to increase or decrease speed.
  • Incline Adjustment: The treadmill features a manual 9% incline. To engage, lift the rear of the treadmill and pull out the support legs. Insert the provided pin into the designated hole to secure the legs. Ensure both sides are adjusted evenly.

4.3 Display and Controls

  • Dual LED Screens: Monitor your workout data (time, speed, distance, calories) on both the handlebar and base displays.

  • App Connectivity: Download the Fitshow app and connect via Bluetooth to track your exercise activities and progress.

4.4 Safety Features

5. Storage and Portability
