Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Do not stand on the chair.
• Do not use the chair as a step stool.
• Ensure all bolts and screws are tightened securely before use. Re-tighten periodically.
• Do not use if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn. Contact customer support for replacement parts.
• Maximum weight capacity: 250 lbs (113 kg).
• Keep children away from moving parts during assembly and adjustment.

Verify that all components are present before beginning assembly:

• A: Backrest (x1)
• B: Seat (x1)
• C: Armrests (Left x1, Right x1)
• D: Mechanism (x1)

• I: Bolts (x4)
• J: Bolts (x6)

Assembly Instructions

For a visual guide, please refer to the assembly video below.

1. Assemble the Chair Base:
   Turn the Base (F) upside down. Insert the 5 Legs (G) into the Base one by one. Use the Wrench (M) to secure each leg with 2 Bolts (K), for a total of 10 Bolts (K).

2. Attach the Casters:
   Press the 5 Casters (H) into the holes at the end of each Leg (G). Ensure they are firmly seated.

3. Insert the Gas Lift:
   Insert the Gas Lift (E) into the center hole of the assembled Base (F).

4. Attach Armrests to Backrest:
   Using the Wrench (M), install the Armrests (C) (1L and 1R, marked accordingly) to both sides of the Backrest (A) with 4 Bolts (I). Note: Tighten these bolts only 50% at this stage.

5. Attach Armrests to Seat:
   Turn the Seat (B) upside down. Using the Wrench (M), attach the Armrests (C) (already connected to the backrest) to the Seat (B) with 6 Bolts (J). Ensure the "FRONT" marking on the seat is facing the correct direction. Tighten these bolts 100%.
6. Attach the Mechanism:
   Make sure the "FRONT" direction of the Mechanism (D) and the Seat (B) are aligned. Using the Wrench (M), attach the Mechanism (D) to the Seat (B) with 4 Bolts (L). Tighten these bolts 100%.

7. Final Tightening and Assembly:
   Using the Wrench (M), 100% tighten the previously installed 4 Bolts (I) on the Armrests (C) x1L x1R. Align the hole on the Mechanism (D) with the Gas Lift (E), and press the chair down until it is fully secured.

Operating Instructions

Your Sweetcrispy office chair offers several adjustable features for optimal comfort.

• Seat Height Adjustment: Locate the pneumatic adjustment lever under the seat. Pull the lever up to raise the seat. Sit on the chair and pull the lever up to lower the seat. The seat height can be adjusted from 18.5 to 22.2 inches.

• Rocking Mode: The chair features a 90-120 degree rocking mode. Use the lever under the seat to engage or disengage the rocking function. Adjust the tension control knob for desired rocking resistance.

• Ergonomic Lumbar Support: The backrest is designed with prominent lumbar support to fit the natural curvature of your spine, promoting a relaxed posture.

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your Sweetcrispy office chair, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the mesh and fabric.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Caster Care: Keep casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your chair, refer to the following common solutions:

• Chair Squeaks: Check all bolts and screws for tightness. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts if necessary.
• Difficulty Adjusting Height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged or disengaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement.
• Chair Does Not Roll Smoothly: Inspect casters for trapped debris (hair, lint) and clean them thoroughly. Ensure casters are fully inserted into the base.
• Chair Feels Unstable: Verify that all legs are securely attached to the base and all bolts are tightened. Ensure the chair is on a flat, even surface.
