Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Placement: Place the machine on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the 1-liter water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Reinsert the tank securely.

1. Power On/Off
Press the power button (usually indicated by a power symbol) on the control panel to turn the machine on or off. The machine will preheat for approximately 25 seconds.
2. Selecting Coffee Type and Brewing
The ST-550 supports four different coffee types using dedicated adapters:
- For K-Cup Capsules: Insert a K-Cup capsule into the K-Cup adapter.
- For Nespresso Original Capsules: Insert a Nespresso capsule into the Nespresso adapter.
- For Dolce Gusto Capsules: Insert a Dolce Gusto capsule into the Dolce Gusto adapter.
- For Ground Coffee: Fill the ground coffee adapter with medium-ground coffee using the provided measuring spoon. Do not overfill.
After preparing your chosen adapter:
- Open the machine's lever and insert the filled adapter into the brewing chamber. Close the lever firmly until it clicks.
- Place your cup on the drip tray. Ensure your cup is shorter than 5.3 inches and narrower than 3.35 inches.
- Use the water quantity selection button to choose your desired brew volume. There are seven adjustable levels, with each level dispensing approximately 1.5 ounces. For espresso, levels 1 or 2 are typically used. For a regular cup of coffee, levels 5 or 6 are common.
- Press the brew button (often indicated by a coffee cup icon) to start brewing. The machine will automatically stop when the selected volume is reached.
- After brewing, carefully open the lever to remove the used capsule/grounds adapter. Dispose of the used capsule/grounds.

1. Daily Cleaning
- Water Tank: Empty and rinse the water tank daily. Refill with fresh water.
