1.2 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge your Krysenix KGH2 headset. Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable to the headset's Type-C port and the other end to a USB power source. The charging indicator light will show charging status.
- Charging Time: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours for a full charge.
- Battery Life: Up to 40 hours with RGB lighting off, or 30-35 hours with RGB lighting on.

1.3 Connecting the Headset
The Krysenix KGH2 offers two primary connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless and Bluetooth 5.4.
1.3.1 2.4GHz Wireless Mode (USB Dongle)
This mode provides ultra-low latency audio (≤20ms) for optimal gaming performance.
- Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your PC, PS4, PS5, or Mac.
- Power on your headset by long-pressing the Power button. The headset will automatically connect to the dongle.
- On some devices, you may need to select the headset as the audio output/input device in your system settings.
Note: Microphone functionality is not supported when connected to Nintendo Switch via 2.4GHz dongle. Not compatible with any Xbox series consoles.
1.3.2 Bluetooth 5.4 Mode
Ideal for connecting to mobile devices, tablets, and Nintendo Switch for audio playback.
- Power on your headset.
- Long-press the 'M' (Mode) button for 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash.
- On your mobile device, tablet, or Nintendo Switch, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Krysenix KGH2" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the LED indicator will show a steady light.
Note: Microphone functionality is not supported when connected to Nintendo Switch via Bluetooth. Not compatible with PS4/PS5 via Bluetooth. Not compatible with any Xbox series consoles.
