3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 1 hour.
3.2 Pairing with a Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Mivi DuoPods Sync" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
The earbuds utilize Bluetooth v5.3 for a stable connection up to 10 meters.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
4.2 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
4.3 Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press on either earbud.
The AI-ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) feature uses dual microphones to filter out background noise, ensuring clear voice transmission during calls.

4.4 Gaming Mode
Activate the dedicated gaming mode for ultra-low latency audio, providing perfect audio-video synchronization for gaming and video streaming.
- Activate Gaming Mode: Triple tap on the right earbud.
- Deactivate Gaming Mode: Triple tap on the right earbud again.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents. Gently remove any earwax or debris from the eartips and speaker mesh using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.
