Important Safeguards

To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, always adhere to the following guidelines:

• NEVER submerge the unit in water. Doing so will damage the Control Lid and Heating Base, voiding the warranty.
• Ensure the unit is placed on a dry, flat surface during operation.
• Do not operate the brewer without water in the carafe.
• Always use fresh, room temperature filtered water.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Unplug the unit when not in use or before cleaning.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Before first use, wash the carafe, filter cup, and K-Cup adapter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let dry.
3. Place on Base: Place the Micro Café Brewer onto the Power Base. You will hear a "beep" indicating the unit is powered on.
4. Add Water: Fill the carafe with fresh, room temperature filtered water to your desired brew size (minimum 4oz, maximum 20oz).

Operating Instructions

Brewing Coffee

1. Add Water: Fill the Borosilicate Glass Carafe with fresh, room temperature filtered water to your desired level (4oz to 20oz).
2. Insert Coffee:
   • For K-Cups/Pods: Ensure the K-Cup Adapter is properly installed. Insert your pre-filled K-Cup or pod into the unit, making sure it sits flat against the holder.
   • For Ground Coffee: Open the lid of the Large Capacity Reusable Filter Cup. Fill with medium ground coffee (up to 4 tablespoons). Do not overfill or compress the coffee. Insert the filled reusable filter cup into the unit.
3. Select Brew Strength: Rotate the control knob to your desired strength: Light, Medium, or Strong. For an even more intense flavor, press the "BOLD" button (it will illuminate red).
4. Start Brewing: Press the "BREW" button. The button will illuminate blue, indicating the brewing process has begun. The patented Circle Flow Brewing Technology will continuously circulate water through the grounds for optimal extraction.
5. Serve: Once brewing is complete, the unit will beep. Carefully remove the carafe from the base and pour your freshly brewed coffee.

Water Boil Function

The Micro Café Brewer also features a rapid water boil function, perfect for tea, hot cocoa, instant meals, or other beverages.

1. Add Water: Fill the carafe with water to your desired level.
2. Select Boil: Rotate the control knob to the "BOIL" setting.
3. Start Boiling: Press the "BREW" button. The unit will rapidly heat the water to boiling point.
4. Serve: Once boiling is complete, carefully pour the hot water.

The water boil feature allows for quick heating of water for various uses.

Maintenance

Auto-Clean Function

The Micro Café Brewer includes an auto-clean function to prevent residue buildup and ensure long-lasting performance.

1. Add Water: Fill the carafe with fresh water to the maximum fill line.
2. Select Clean: Rotate the control knob to the "CLEAN" setting.
3. Start Cleaning: Press the "BREW" button. The unit will flush the brewing line with fresh water.
4. Dispose Water: After the cleaning cycle is complete, remove the carafe and discard the dirty water.

Weekly Maintenance

Weekly maintenance is recommended to prevent mineral or residue buildup.

• Remove the Filter Cup Holder Plate.
• Wash the Filter Cup Holder Plate and any reusable filter cups with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let dry.
• Wipe down the exterior of the brewer with a damp cloth.
