Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your SHA CERLIN King Size Bed Frame. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain this manual for future reference.

Safety Information

WARNING:

• Do not overload the bed frame beyond its weight capacity. Consult the manufacturer for specific weight limits. The maximum weight recommendation for this King size bed frame is 453.59 kg (1000 lb).
• Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten fasteners as needed.
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly to prevent choking hazards.
• Use only the provided power adapter for the charging station. Do not attempt to modify the electrical components.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to assemble the bed frame with two people.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble the Headboard: Follow the specific instructions provided in the separate installation manual for attaching the wingback sections and securing the charging station unit. Ensure the charging station is properly seated and secured.
3. Connect Side Rails: Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided hardware. Do not fully tighten screws until all major components are aligned.
4. Install Center Support: Secure the center support beam and legs to the frame.
5. Place Wooden Slats: The wooden slats feature a Velcro design for easy and secure placement. Lay the slats across the frame, ensuring they are evenly spaced and firmly attached to the Velcro strips on the side rails. The noise-free foam strips on the slats help reduce friction and prevent squeaking.
6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all screws and bolts.

Operating Instructions

Charging Station

The integrated headboard features a convenient charging station:

• 2 AC Outlets: 125V/12A for standard electrical devices.
• 1 USB Port: 5V/3A for charging smartphones and other USB-powered devices.
• 1 Type-C Port: 5V/3A for charging modern devices with Type-C connectivity.

To use, simply plug the bed frame's power cord into a wall outlet. Then, connect your devices to the appropriate ports on the headboard.

Wingback Design

The extra-wide wingback design of the headboard helps prevent your mattress and pillows from slipping off the sides, providing a more secure and comfortable sleeping experience.

Maintenance

Upholstery Care

• For general cleaning, gently vacuum the velvet upholstery using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris.
• For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, which can spread the stain.
• For tougher stains, use a mild upholstery cleaner following the product's instructions, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading of the velvet fabric.

Frame and Slats

• Periodically check all bolts and screws and re-tighten them to ensure the frame remains sturdy and squeak-free.
• Wipe metal and wooden parts with a damp cloth as needed.

Under-Bed Clearance

The bed frame offers 6.5 inches of under-bed clearance, making it easy to clean underneath with a robot vacuum or by hand.
