4. Setup

4.1 Initial Power-Up

1. Plug the Kestanlora camera into a standard wall outlet. Ensure it is securely seated.
2. The device will power on automatically.

4.2 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection

1. Download the companion application (e.g., "LOOK CAM" as indicated in product imagery) from your mobile device's app store.
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and add your new device.
3. Connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your mobile device is also connected to the same network during setup.

4.3 Micro SD Card Installation (Optional)

For local video storage, insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot on the device. Ensure the card is inserted correctly. The camera supports H.265 technology for efficient storage.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Live Streaming

Once connected to Wi-Fi, open the app on your mobile device to view live 1080P HD video from the camera. This allows real-time monitoring of your property.

5.2 Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera features an advanced motion sensor. When movement is detected, the camera can automatically begin video recording and send instant alerts to your phone.

5.3 Recording Modes

• Continuous Recording: If an SD card is inserted, the camera can record continuously.
• Motion-Activated Recording: Records only when motion is detected, saving storage space.
• 24/7 Loop Recording: When the SD card memory is full, the camera will automatically overwrite the oldest files to continue recording. This setting can be configured in the app.

• No Video Recording:
  • Verify that a Micro SD card is properly inserted and formatted.

  • Ensure the SD card is not full. If loop recording is enabled, older files should be overwritten.
• Motion Detection Not Working / Too Sensitive:

• Device Not Powering On:
