5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the digital keypad.
- Insert 4 AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: If the batteries are depleted, the external charging box can be used to temporarily power the keypad for access. This box requires 4 AA batteries (not included).
5.2 Initial PIN Code Setting
Upon first use, or after a factory reset, you will need to set your personal PIN code.
- With the safe door open, press the internal reset button (usually a small button located on the inside of the door or near the battery compartment).
- The keypad will beep, indicating it is ready for a new code.

6.1 Opening the Safe with Digital Keypad
