- Pencil
- Caulk Gun and Silicone Sealant (for basin)
4.2 Assembly of the Vanity Unit
- Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.

- Install the soft-close drawer slides onto the cabinet interior according to the hardware instructions.
- Assemble the drawers and attach the handles. Ensure the drawer slides are correctly aligned for smooth operation.
4.3 Wall Mounting the Vanity Unit
Warning: Improper wall mounting can cause the unit to fall, leading to severe injury or damage. Use appropriate wall anchors for your specific wall construction (e.g., drywall, concrete, tile) and ensure they can support the weight of the vanity, basin, and contents.
- Determine the desired height for your vanity. Mark the mounting points on the wall using a pencil and a level, referring to the vanity unit's pre-drilled holes or mounting brackets.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations.
- Insert appropriate wall anchors into the pilot holes.
- Carefully lift the assembled vanity unit and align its mounting points with the wall anchors. Secure the vanity to the wall using the provided or appropriate screws. Ensure it is level and firmly attached.
4.4 Installing the Vanity Top and Basin
- Place the ZEVARA vanity top onto the MADELA vanity unit. Ensure it is centered and flush. Secure it using adhesive or small screws from underneath if applicable (refer to specific hardware instructions).
- Position the VERINI square basin on the vanity top, aligning it with the pre-drilled faucet and drain holes.
- Apply a bead of silicone sealant around the base of the basin where it meets the vanity top to secure it and prevent water leakage. Allow the sealant to cure as per manufacturer's instructions.
- Install the faucet, drain, and P-trap according to their respective manufacturer's instructions. Ensure all plumbing connections are tight and leak-free.

5. Operation
The MADELA vanity unit is designed for daily use in a bathroom environment.
- Drawers: The vanity features two drawers equipped with a soft-close mechanism. To open, gently pull the handle. To close, push the drawer in; the soft-close mechanism will engage to ensure a quiet and smooth closure. Avoid forcing the drawers open or closed.
- Basin: The VERINI ceramic basin is suitable for standard bathroom use. Ensure the drain is properly sealed to prevent leaks.
6. Maintenance and Care
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your vanity unit.
6.1 Vanity Unit (MDF/Particle Board)
- Wipe surfaces regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
- For stubborn marks, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for wood or laminate surfaces.
- Immediately wipe away any water spills to prevent moisture damage and swelling of the wood-based materials.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
6.2 Ceramic Basin
- Clean the ceramic basin with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner.
- Rinse thoroughly after cleaning to remove all cleaner residue.
- Avoid using abrasive powders, steel wool, or strong chemical cleaners (e.g., drain cleaners containing harsh acids), as these can scratch or damage the ceramic glaze.

7. Troubleshooting
Refer to the following common issues and solutions:
- Issue: Drawers do not close smoothly or soft-close mechanism is not working.
Solution: Check if the drawer slides are properly aligned and free of obstructions. Ensure all screws on the slides are tightened. The soft-close mechanism may need adjustment; refer to the specific drawer slide manufacturer's instructions if available. - Issue: Water leaks from the basin or plumbing connections.
Solution: Turn off the water supply immediately. Check all plumbing connections (faucet, drain, P-trap) for tightness. Ensure silicone sealant around the basin is intact and properly cured. If leaks persist, consult a licensed plumber. - Issue: Vanity unit feels unstable after wall mounting.
Solution: This indicates improper installation. Immediately remove any items from the vanity. Re-check the wall anchors and mounting screws. Ensure they are appropriate for your wall type and securely fastened. If unsure, consult a professional installer. - Issue: Scratches or minor damage to the vanity surface.
Solution: For minor scratches on the wood-effect surface, touch-up pens or furniture repair kits designed for laminate or wood can be used. For ceramic, minor surface marks may be removed with a non-abrasive cleaner.
