The ATUVOS Dual System Air Card Tag Pro is a versatile, rechargeable Bluetooth tracker designed to help you locate your personal belongings. It offers compatibility with both Apple's Find My network and Google's Find Hub, allowing you to track items such as wallets, luggage, keys, and bags using your iOS or Android device. This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

2. Getting Started (Setup)

2.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure your ATUVOS Air Card Tag Pro is fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and provides up to 6 months of use.

  • Place the tracker on any Qi-certified magnetic wireless charger.
  • A blinking green light indicates charging.
  • A solid green light indicates charging is complete.

Note: A wireless charger is not included with the product.

2.2 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press the button once. After 1 second, two short beeps will sound.
  • Power Off: Long press the button for 3 seconds. A short beep will sound.

2.3 Resetting the Device

To reset the device, which is often required before pairing or switching systems:

  1. Ensure the device is in the power-on state.
  2. Long press the button for 10 seconds.
  3. After 3 seconds, a "beep" sound will occur.
  4. After 10 seconds, a long "beep" sound will occur. Release the button.
  5. Two short beeps will sound to indicate a successful reset.

2.4 Pairing with Apple Find My (iOS)

The ATUVOS Air Card Tag Pro is compatible with Apple's Find My network. Huawei HarmonyOS is not supported.

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device.
  2. Open the Apple "Find My" app.
  3. Navigate to the "Items" tab and tap "Add New Item" or the "+" icon.
  4. Select "Other Supported Item".
  5. The app will search for nearby items. When "Vos Tag" appears, tap "Connect".
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to name your item and assign an emoji.
  7. Agree to the terms and tap "Finish".

2.5 Pairing with Google Find Hub (Android)

The ATUVOS Air Card Tag Pro is compatible with Google's Find Hub. Huawei HarmonyOS is not supported.

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Android device.
  2. Open the Google "Find Hub" app.
  3. The app will automatically detect the ATUVOS Tag. If not, ensure the tag is powered on and nearby.
  4. Tap "Connect" when "Vos Tag" appears.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.

2.6 Switching Between Systems

Due to system limitations, the ATUVOS Air Card Tag Pro can only connect to one system (iOS or Android) at a time. To switch between systems:

  1. First, unpair the tracker from the currently connected phone within its respective app (Apple Find My or Google Find Hub).
  2. Perform a device reset as described in Section 2.3.
  3. Then, reconnect the tracker to the new phone using the pairing instructions for the desired system (Section 2.4 or 2.5).

3. Using Your ATUVOS Air Card Tag Pro (Operating)

3.1 Finding Items Nearby (Play Sound)

When your item is within Bluetooth range (up to 200 feet without obstacles), you can make the ATUVOS tracker emit a loud sound (80-100 decibels) to help you locate it.

  • Open the Apple "Find My" app or Google "Find Hub" app.
  • Select your ATUVOS tracker from the list of items.
  • Tap the "Play Sound" button.
  • The tracker will emit a sound, guiding you to its location.
  • You can also ask Siri (for iOS) to help find your item.

3.2 Finding Items Far Away (Map Location)

If your item is beyond Bluetooth range, the ATUVOS tracker leverages the vast Apple Find My or Google Find Hub networks to provide its location.

  • Open the Apple "Find My" app or Google "Find Hub" app.
  • The app will display the last known location of your ATUVOS tracker on a map.
  • You can use the navigation feature within the app to get directions to the tracker's vicinity.

3.3 Left Behind Reminders (iOS Only)

Avoid losing your belongings by receiving instant alerts if you leave your ATUVOS tracker behind.

  • This feature is currently available only through the Apple "Find My" app.
  • Enable "Notify When Left Behind" in the settings for your ATUVOS tracker within the Find My app.

If your ATUVOS tracker is lost, you can activate Lost Mode in either the Google Find Hub or Apple Find My app.

  • When Lost Mode is enabled, you will be automatically notified if your tracker is detected by any device within the respective network.
  • You can also leave a contact message for anyone who finds your item.

3.5 Sharing Your Item

Both Android and iOS 17 devices allow you to share access to your ATUVOS tracker with trusted contacts.

  • You can share your item's location with up to 5 participants in the Google Find Hub or Apple Find My app.
  • This enables others to view the item's location on the map.
  • Ensure your iOS device is updated to iOS 17 or later for this feature.

3.6 Privacy Protection

The Google Find Hub and Apple Find My networks are designed with privacy in mind.

  • All communication data is encrypted and anonymous.
  • Location data and history are not stored on the ATUVOS Air Card Tag Pro itself.
