2. Safety Information

• Keep children away: During assembly, keep small parts out of reach of children.
• Proper assembly: Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and tightened before use.
• Weight limits: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 66 lbs (30 kg) for the entire unit. Distribute weight evenly.
• Anti-tipping device: Always install the included anti-tipping device to prevent accidental tipping, especially in households with children.
• Stable surface: Place the dresser on a flat, stable, and level surface.
• Avoid climbing: Do not allow children to climb on the dresser.

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. An assembly video is provided below for visual guidance.

1. Prepare the Base: Place the Top Board (P) on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
2. Attach Side Frames: Secure the Left Frame (A) and Right Frame (B) to the Top Board (P) using the provided screws. Ensure the square holes on the frames are oriented correctly as shown in the illustration. Tighten screws to 50% initially.
3. Install Middle Frame: Attach the Middle Frame (C) to the Top Board (P) in the designated position, ensuring correct orientation of square holes. Tighten screws to 50%.
4. Add Top Frames: Place the two Top Frames (D) onto the top of the assembled side and middle frames. Secure them with screws, tightening to 50%.
5. Attach Cross Bars: Connect the Top Cross Bars (E) and Bottom Cross Bars (F) between the frames. Tighten screws to 50%.
6. Install Drawer Slides: Attach the Left Drawer Slides (L) and Right Drawer Slides (R) to the frames (A, B, C, & D) as indicated.
7. Final Tightening: Once all frames and slides are in place, fully tighten all screws to ensure stability.
8. Assemble Fabric Drawers: Unfold the Medium Fabric Drawers (N) and Large Fabric Drawers (H). Insert the bottom panel into each drawer to create a sturdy box. Attach the plastic handles to the front of each drawer.
9. Insert Drawers: Slide the assembled fabric drawers into their respective slots in the metal frame.
10. Install Adjustable Feet: Screw the adjustable feet into the bottom of the dresser frame. Adjust them to level the dresser on uneven surfaces.
11. Secure with Anti-Tipping Device: Drill holes in the wall, insert expansion tubes, and fix the anti-tipping device to the wall and the dresser.

5. Operating Instructions

The OLIXIS 5-Drawer Fabric Dresser is designed for convenient storage in various rooms.

• Opening/Closing Drawers: Use the plastic handles to smoothly pull out and push in the fabric drawers. The drawers are designed for easy access.
• Weight Distribution: For optimal stability and longevity, distribute items evenly across the drawers. Avoid placing excessively heavy items in a single drawer.
• Drawer Capacity: The dresser includes 3 medium drawers and 2 large drawers. Medium drawers can hold approximately 45-50 socks or 10-12 jeans. Large drawers can hold approximately 16-20 T-shirts or 10-12 jeans.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: For routine cleaning, wipe the dresser frame and fabric drawers with a damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Dusting: Regularly dust the wooden top board and metal frame with a soft, dry cloth.
• Check Connections: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Fabric Care: The non-woven synthetic fiber drawers are wear-resistant. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

7. Troubleshooting

• Wobbly Unit: If the dresser feels unstable, ensure all screws are fully tightened. Use the adjustable feet at the bottom of the frame to level the unit on uneven floors.
• Drawers Not Sliding Smoothly: Check that the drawer slides (L and R) are correctly installed and not obstructed. Ensure the fabric drawers are properly assembled and not overfilled.
• Damaged Parts: If any parts arrived damaged or become damaged during assembly/use, please contact OLIXIS customer support for assistance. Do not attempt to force damaged parts.
