2. Setup Guide

2.1. Unboxing and Component Identification

Your mahjong table arrives in three packages: one for the machine core, one for the machine frame, and one for the mahjong tiles and folding legs.

2.2. Installing Folding Legs

Carefully open the box containing the folding legs and accessories. You will find the leg components, universal wheels, a screwdriver, and an L-shaped hex key.

1. Place the column upside down on the floor.
2. Use the provided hex wrench to secure the bottom bolts of the column.
3. Lock the brakes on the universal wheels and then screw each wheel clockwise into the designated slots on the column.

2.3. Installing the Main Movement

This step involves attaching the main mahjong machine unit to the leg assembly.

1. Stand the mainframe box on its side.
2. Remove the 8 metal connectors using a screwdriver.
3. Open the main box from the bottom and carefully take out the main machine. Ensure the movement switch is facing upwards.
4. Remove four screws from both sides of the motor case. Note: Some electrical boxes may have screws that need to be removed first using a socket wrench.
5. Install the angle iron with four bolts.
6. After correctly installing the HASP and the metal fastener, the HASP will lock.
7. Turn the mahjong machine over and attach it to the leg assembly.
8. Remove all pearl cotton protective blocks and cut off any ties.
9. Turn on the power switch to check if the machine is working properly. If not, please take video and photos and contact customer service.

2.4. Installing the Border

The border pieces complete the table's playing surface.

1. Open the package containing the border and accessories.
2. Use a total of 8 screws to install 4 frame adapters onto the column of the main body.
3. Connect the USB port.
4. Install the 4 frames to the host using the previous bolts.
5. Hold up each frame with both hands, aligning the screw hole on the frame with the installation hole on the main body.
6. Press with one hand to fit it closely and install the equipped screws to the screw hole on the frame. Tighten with a screwdriver.
7. Fix tapping screws on top of the border.
8. Connect the plastic fasteners head to tail to form a mouth shape. Install these components by tapping.
9. Finally, connect the power cord.

3.1. Automatic Shuffling System

1. Ensure the table is powered on.
2. Place the mahjong tiles into the designated slots on the table.
3. The integrated high-performance motor will automatically shuffle and arrange the tiles.
4. When the control panel shows that the shuffle is complete, press the lift key to raise the control panel.
5. Push the mahjong cards into the internal shuffle area.
6. Once all cards are pushed inside, long press the opposite dice key on the control panel to initiate the next shuffle.

3.2. Folding Function

The innovative foldable frame with universal wheels allows for easy mobility and storage.

1. Before folding, ensure all mahjong tiles are removed from the table to prevent damage.
2. Remove the lock buckle on both sides of the mahjong table.

4. Carefully fold the mahjong table from its normal playing state into an upright, compact position.
