Setup
Earbuds Pairing
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds.
- The main earbud will flash white, and the secondary earbud will show a solid white light, indicating they are ready for pairing.
- On your smartphone or device, enable Bluetooth.
- Locate and tap "QCY MeloBuds N20" in the list of available Bluetooth devices to complete the pairing process.
Dual Devices Connection
The QCY MeloBuds N20 supports connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Follow these steps:
- Ensure the QCY app is installed on your primary device. Open the app and enable the "Dual Device Connection" feature in the settings.
- Connect the earbuds to your first device (Device A).
- Once connected to Device A, turn off Bluetooth on Device A.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your second device (Device B) and connect the earbuds to Device B.
- Turn Bluetooth back on for Device A. The earbuds will automatically reconnect, establishing a connection with both devices.

ANC Toggle
By default, the earbuds utilize Adaptive Active Noise Cancelling. To switch between noise control modes:
- Press and hold the right earbud for 1.5 seconds to cycle through: Adaptive ANC, ANC OFF, and Ambient Sound Mode.

Music Controls
- Double-tap either earbud to Play or Pause music.
- Triple-tap the left earbud for the Previous track.
- Triple-tap the right earbud for the Next track.
Call Controls
- Double-tap either earbud to Answer or Hang up a call.
- Press and hold either earbud for 1.5 seconds to Reject an incoming call.
Voice Assistant
- Long press the left earbud for 1.5 seconds to activate your device's voice assistant.

Charging
The QCY MeloBuds N20 provide extended listening time. The earbuds offer up to 10 hours of playtime on a single charge (ANC off) and 7.5 hours (ANC on). The charging case extends the total playtime to 40 hours (ANC off) or 30 hours (ANC on). A quick 10-minute charge can provide an additional 2 hours of music playback.

Water Resistance
The earbuds are rated IPX4 for water resistance, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities where they might be exposed to sweat or light splashes. They are not designed for submersion in water.

Troubleshooting
Factory Reset
If you encounter connectivity issues or wish to clear all pairing records, you can perform a factory reset:
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case.
- Tap the touch areas on both earbuds five times simultaneously.
- The white light on the earbuds will flash five times, indicating a successful reset. All previous connectivity records will be removed.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and then remove them to initiate a new pairing process.
