4. Safety Instructions

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Vacuum Sealing

  1. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
  2. Prepare your vacuum bag: Use the built-in cutter to create a custom-sized bag if needed, then seal one end using the 'Seal' function.
  3. Place the food item(s) into the bag, ensuring at least 1.5 inches (38mm) of clearance from the bag opening to prevent wrinkling and ensure a secure seal.
  4. Open the lid of the vacuum sealer.
  5. Place the open end of the bag within the designated vacuum chamber channel (under the green baffle for vacuum, red baffle for seal only).
  6. Close the lid cover and press down firmly on both sides until you hear a 'click' sound, indicating it is locked. The display should show '88'.
  7. Select the appropriate food mode (Dry/Moist) and bag type (Thin/Medium/Thick) if necessary.
  8. Press the 'Vac Seal' button to start the vacuuming and sealing process. The machine will automatically vacuum the air out of the bag and then seal it.
  9. Once the process is complete and the indicator lights turn off, press the release buttons on both sides to open the lid.
  10. Remove the sealed bag.

5.2 Dry/Moist Modes

For delicate food items that could be crushed by full vacuum pressure, use the 'Pulse Vacuum' function. Press and hold the 'Pulse Vacuum' button until the desired vacuum level is reached, then release to seal.

5.4 Canister Vacuum

To vacuum seal jars or containers:

  1. Insert the smaller end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the machine.
  2. Connect the other end of the hose to the canister's vacuum port.
  3. Select 'Canister' mode, then click the 'Canister' button to start external vacuuming.
