- Height Adjustment:
To adjust the chair height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards while seated to lower the chair, or pull it upwards while standing to raise the chair. Release the lever at your desired height. The chair offers approximately 3.9 inches of height adjustment.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For faux leather, use a mild soap solution if necessary, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability and safety.
- Castors: Keep the castors free of hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
Troubleshooting
- Chair does not adjust height: Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged and the air rod is properly seated in the base. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement.
- Chair wobbles: Check that all screws connecting the seat, backrest, and base are securely tightened. Ensure the air rod is firmly inserted into the base.
- Castors not rolling smoothly: Inspect castors for trapped debris (hair, lint) and clean them. Ensure they are properly inserted into the base.
- Rocking function not working: Verify the rocking lever is pulled outwards. Adjust the tension knob under the seat.
