Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your headphones and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials, solvents, or aerosol sprays. Do not submerge the charging case in water.

Water Resistance (IPX6)

The CXK CT13 headphones are IPX6 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for swimming or submersion in water. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your CXK CT13 headphones, refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Sound: Ensure the headphones are charged and properly paired with your device. Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your device.
  • Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (open the case). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. If issues persist, try forgetting "CT13" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.
  • Charging Issues: Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging case's LED display indicates charging. Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
  • Uncomfortable Fit: Adjust the ear hooks as described in the "Wearing the Headphones" section (Figure 7) to find the most stable and comfortable position.
  • Sound Leakage: While the headphones feature anti-sound-leakage technology, ensure they are worn correctly. In very quiet environments or at high volumes, some minimal sound may still be audible to others nearby.
