3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Battery Installation
The keyboard and mouse require batteries (not included).
- For the Mouse: Open the battery compartment cover on the underside of the mouse. Insert one AA battery, ensuring correct polarity. The 2-in-1 USB receiver is stored in this compartment. Remove the receiver for use.
- For the Keyboard: Open the battery compartment cover on the underside of the keyboard. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
3.2 Connecting the USB Receiver
This combo uses a single 2.4GHz USB receiver for both the keyboard and mouse.
- Locate the 2-in-1 USB receiver inside the mouse's battery compartment.
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the power switches for both the keyboard and the mouse (located on their undersides).
- Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. No additional software or Bluetooth pairing is required.

4.2 Mouse Features
- Adjustable DPI: The ergonomic mouse offers 3 adjustable DPI levels (800/1200/1600) for smoother cursor control. Press the DPI button on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through settings.

4.3 Auto Sleep Function
Both the keyboard and mouse feature independent power switches and automatically enter sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life. To wake them, press any key on the keyboard or move the mouse.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Spill-Resistant Design: The keyboard features a spill-resistant surface, making it easy to wipe clean.
- Removable Keycaps: For deeper cleaning of dust and crumbs, the round keycaps can be removed. Use a keycap puller (not included) or gently pry them off. Ensure to reattach them correctly.

6. Troubleshooting
- No Response from Keyboard/Mouse:
- Ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace if necessary.
- Verify that the power switches on both devices are in the 'ON' position.
- Confirm the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
- Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver to rule out signal interference.
- Lag or Intermittent Connectivity:
- Ensure there are no large metal objects or other wireless devices causing interference between the keyboard/mouse and the receiver.
- Check battery levels and replace if low.
- Mouse Cursor Movement Issues:
- Adjust the DPI setting using the button on the bottom of the mouse.
- Ensure the mouse is used on a suitable surface.
- Multimedia Keys Not Working on Mac/iOS:
- Some multimedia functions are not compatible with Mac/iOS systems. This is expected behavior.
