Operating Instructions
Your SIHOO B100 chair offers several adjustment features to customize your seating experience.
Seat Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While standing, the seat will rise. While seated, the seat will lower. Release the lever at your desired height.
Reclining Function and Lock
The chair can recline up to 133 degrees. To recline, pull the lever on the left side outwards (away from the chair). Lean back to your desired angle. To lock the recline, push the lever inwards (towards the chair). To return to an upright position, pull the lever outwards again and lean forward.

Lumbar Support Adjustment
The independent lumbar support automatically adjusts to your back's curve. No manual adjustment is typically needed for its primary function. The composite sacral support structure helps maintain the natural S-curve of your spine.

Headrest Adjustment
The 2D headrest can be adjusted vertically by approximately 10 cm and its angle can be tilted by 45 degrees. Grasp the headrest and move it up or down, or tilt it to find your preferred position for head and neck support.
Armrest Adjustment
The 2D armrests can be flipped up to approximately 90 degrees. To raise them, lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position. To lower them, release the lock (if present) and push them down. This feature allows for space-saving storage under a desk.
Footrest Operation
To extend the footrest, pull it out from under the seat. To retract it, push it back in until it is fully stored. The footrest provides additional support for your legs during breaks or relaxed seating.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: For mesh and plastic parts, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and moving parts for tightness and wear. Retighten loose fasteners.
- Casters: Keep casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth movement and prevent floor scratches.
- Gas Lift: Do not attempt to disassemble the gas lift cylinder. If it malfunctions, contact customer support.
