1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

The GLOBBER Flow Element Junior Kick Scooter comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your scooter for use:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Unfold the Scooter: Locate the folding mechanism near the base of the handlebar stem. Release the latch and unfold the scooter until the handlebar stem locks securely into the upright position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged.
  3. Adjust Handlebar Height: Loosen the quick-release clamp on the handlebar stem. Adjust the handlebar to a comfortable height for the rider, ensuring it is not above the rider's chest. Tighten the quick-release clamp firmly.
  4. Check Connections: Verify that all nuts, bolts, and connections are tight and secure before riding.

4. Operating Instructions

Once the scooter is properly set up and all safety precautions are observed, you can begin riding.

4.1 Riding the Scooter

  • Place one foot firmly on the deck of the scooter.
  • Use the other foot to push off the ground, propelling the scooter forward.
  • Maintain balance by holding the handlebars with both hands.
  • To turn, gently lean in the desired direction and steer the handlebars.

4.2 Using the Hand Brake

4.3 Folding and Unfolding

  • To Fold: Locate the folding latch at the base of the handlebar stem. Release the latch and carefully fold the handlebar stem down towards the deck until it clicks into the folded position.
  • To Unfold: Release the folding latch and lift the handlebar stem until it locks securely into the upright riding position. Ensure the latch is fully engaged before riding.

5. Maintenance
