2. What's in the Box
Upon opening your TIMU S90 Smartwatch package, you should find the following items:

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Smartwatch
Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

3.2 App Installation and Pairing
- Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the watch screen to download the companion app (e.g., FitCloudPro).
- Install the app on your smartphone (compatible with Android and iOS).
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and set up your profile.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- In the app, search for your TIMU S90 Smartwatch and select it to pair. Confirm the pairing request on both your phone and the smartwatch.
4. Operating the Smartwatch

The TIMU S90 Smartwatch features a 1.45-inch HD touchscreen. Swipe left, right, up, or down to access different functions and menus. Use the physical buttons for quick access to specific features or to return to the home screen.

5.2 Cleaning
Regularly clean your smartwatch and strap to prevent skin irritation and maintain optimal performance. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the device. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.3 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and fully charge the device before it completely drains. If the watch will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 15 minutes.
- Cannot pair with smartphone: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch is within range. Restart both devices and try pairing again. Check if the app has necessary permissions.
- Notifications not received: Verify that app notifications are enabled in both your phone's settings and the smartwatch companion app. Ensure the app is running in the background.
- Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensors regularly. Note that smartwatch health data is for reference only and not for medical diagnosis.
- Short battery life: Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary notifications, and limit continuous heart rate monitoring to extend battery life.
