3. Setup & Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your ASKGO Electric Dirt Bike F30. It is recommended to watch the assembly video for visual guidance.

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Preparation

1. Carefully open the outer box packaging of the bicycle.
2. Remove the cardboard securing the bike, the tool kit, and the foam from the box.
3. Lift the bicycle out of the box.
4. Cut the straps securing the front wheel and remove the protective cover from the brake disc.
5. Place the front wheel flat on the ground.
6. Open the kickstand and stand the bike upright.
7. Cut and remove the foam and straps wrapped around the bike body.

3.2 Installing the Handlebars

1. Use a tool to loosen the screws on the clamp cover securing the handlebars and remove it.
2. Position the handlebars in the correct place and reattach the clamp cover.
3. Tighten the screws to secure the handlebars.

3.3 Installing the Headlight

1. Remove the screws on both sides of the headlight bracket.
2. Fix the headlight onto the bracket, making sure the washers on both sides are placed against the headlight.
3. Use the appropriate tool to tighten the screws and plug in the wire behind the headlight.

3.4 Installing the Front Wheel

1. Loosen the screws securing the front wheel and remove the spacer between the brake pads.
2. Remove the bottom spacer plate.
3. Install the front wheel onto the front fork, ensuring the brake disc is aligned and inserted between the brake pads.
4. Position the clip washers correctly before tightening the screws. Attention: Please securely fasten the safety hook and tighten all screws. For your safety, ensure the installation is performed according to specifications.

3.5 Installing the Front Fender

1. Use a tool to remove the screws securing the fender.
2. Position the fender correctly and reattach the screws, tightening them securely.
3. Remove the screws on both sides of the fender bracket.
4. Fix the fender brackets onto the front fork and tighten them with screws.

3.6 Installing the Front Basket

1. Remove the screws securing the basket from the frame.
2. Position the basket correctly on the frame and reattach the screws, tightening them securely.

3.7 Installing the Pedals

1. First, distinguish between the left and right pedals. The left pedal is marked with an "L", and the crank arm also has a corresponding marking.
2. Screw the pedal onto the crank arm in the direction indicated by the marking.
3. The right pedal is installed in the same way.
4. Use a tool to tighten the pedals securely.

3.8 Installing the Front Reflector

1. Remove the screw from the reflector.
2. Attach the reflector to the handlebars and secure it by tightening the screw.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the display. To power off, press and hold the same button.

4.2 NFC/Password Unlock

Your ASKGO F30 features convenient NFC card tap or 4-digit password unlock for quick and secure access. This allows for easy sharing with family or friends.

4.3 Riding Modes

Customize your ride with 5 available modes:

• Pure Electric Mode: Full throttle, no pedaling required.
• PAS (Pedal Assist System) Mode: Provides electric assistance while you pedal, with 5 levels of assistance.
• Sport Mode: Enhanced power delivery for dynamic riding.
• Cruise Control: Maintains a set speed without continuous throttle input.
• Boost Mode: Delivers maximum power for quick acceleration or climbing.

4.5 Adjusting Speed Limits

1. First, power on the vehicle.
2. The three buttons used for this operation are: Center (Display Power button), Top ("+" button), Bottom ("-" button).
3. Long-press the power button to enter the main interface.
4. Simultaneously long-press the "+" and "-" buttons to enter the settings interface (P00 option).
5. Repeatedly press the "+" button to navigate to the P08 option.
6. Press the center power button to select and modify P08.
7. Long-press the "+" button to increase the value to 100.
8. Press the center power button again to confirm and save the changes.
9. Simultaneously press the "+" and "-" buttons to exit the settings and return to the display interface. The speed limiter has now been successfully removed.
