4. Assembly Instructions

Before You Begin

• Ensure you have a Phillips head screwdriver and a power drill (optional, for faster assembly).
• Clear a large, flat area for assembly.
• Separate and identify all parts and hardware using the provided lists.

Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Prepare Base Panels: Attach magnetic catches (K) and cam bolts (A) to the bottom panel (4) and base rails (6).
2. Prepare Side Panels: Insert cam bolts (A) into side panels (2, 3, 5).
3. Assemble Base Frame: Connect base rails (6) and support pieces (7) using cam locks (B) to form the rectangular base frame.
4. Attach Support Rails: Secure support rails (8) to the middle panel (5) using cam locks (B).
5. Connect Side Panels to Base: Attach side panels (2, 3) to the support rails (8) and middle panel (5) using cam locks (B).
6. Install Back Panels: Slide back panels (14) into the grooves of the assembled structure.
7. Attach Top Panel: Insert wooden dowels (C) into the top edges of the side and middle panels. Place the top panel (1) onto the dowels and secure with screws (D).
8. Secure Top Frame: Place the assembled base frame (from Step 3) onto the top panel and secure it using cam locks (B).
9. Install Adjustable Shelves: Insert shelf pins (O) into the desired holes inside the cabinet compartments. Place adjustable shelves (9) onto the pins.
10. Prepare Doors: Attach hinges (M, N) to doors (10, 11, 12, 13) using screws (J). Attach gold handles (F) using screws (E) and metal plates (L).
11. Install Doors: Mount the prepared doors (10, 11, 12, 13) to the cabinet frame by screwing the hinges into the pre-drilled holes.
12. Adjust Hinges: Fine-tune door alignment using the adjustment screws on the hinges.
13. Install Door Bumpers: Apply door bumpers (G) to the inside corners of the cabinet frame where the doors close.
14. Install Anti-Tip Kit: Secure the anti-tip kit (H) to the back of the cabinet and to a wall stud as per the instructions provided with the kit.

Opening and Closing Doors
