1. Product Overview
The Dreo HM-306 is a 3-liter top-fill cool mist ultrasonic humidifier designed for efficient and quiet humidification in various room types. It features adjustable humidity control, an aroma diffuser, a digital display, and a night light function.

2. Safety Instructions
- Always place the humidifier on a flat, level surface, at least 30 cm (12 inches) away from walls or any major obstacles.
- Do not add water into the mist tube.
- Ensure the water cartridge is installed correctly and any protective wrap is removed before first use.
- Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank. Use the designated aroma pad tray.
- Unplug the humidifier before cleaning or refilling.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
3. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging.
- Remove Wraps: For first-time use, ensure the water cartridge is correctly installed and any protective wrap is removed before initial use.
- Detach and Clean: Detach the top cover and water tank from the humidifier base. Clean all components thoroughly before initial use.
- Fill Water Tank: Fill the water tank with clean water. Do not exceed the MAX fill line indicated on the mist tube. IMPORTANT: Do NOT add water into the mist tube.
- Replace Tank and Cover: Place the filled water tank back onto the base, aligning the arrows. Securely close the top cover.
- Add Essential Oils (Optional): Locate the aroma pad tray on the back of the unit. Pull it out, add a few drops of essential oil to the aroma pad, and reinsert the tray.
- Position: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface, ensuring it is at least 30 cm (12 inches) away from walls or other objects to allow for proper mist dispersion.

4. Operating Instructions
The Dreo HM-306 features a user-friendly touch control panel with a digital display.

- Power On/Off: Press the power button (⏻) to turn the humidifier on or off.
- Mist Intensity: Press the mist button (♨♨♨) to cycle through different mist output levels (Low, Medium, High).
- Auto Mode: Press the auto mode button (Ⓐ) to activate intelligent humidity control. The humidifier will automatically adjust mist output to maintain a comfortable humidity level.
- Night Light: Press the light button (💡) to turn the ambient night light on or off.
- Humidity Display: The digital display shows the current humidity percentage in the room.
- Adjustable Nozzle: The 360° rotating nozzle on top allows you to direct the mist in any desired direction.

5. Maintenance
Regular cleaning is essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your humidifier.
- Daily Maintenance:
- Unplug the humidifier.
- Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
- Rinse the water tank and base with clean water.
- Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- Weekly Cleaning:
- Unplug the humidifier.
- Remove the top cover and water tank.
- Pour 1 cup (250ml) of white vinegar into the base and let it soak for 30 minutes to loosen mineral buildup.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to gently scrub the nebulizer and other components in the base.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
- Wipe all surfaces dry with a soft cloth.
- Water Cartridge: The humidifier uses a water cartridge (sold separately) for demineralization or clean-mist. Refer to the cartridge's instructions for replacement frequency.
