3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your JOYRACER XMX618 Ride-On Truck. A Phillips head screwdriver is required (not included, but plastic nut drivers are provided).
4.1. Watch Assembly Video:

4.2. Step-by-Step Assembly:
- Prepare the Body: Carefully remove the main body from the packaging. Place it upside down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Install Front Bumper: Connect the front bumper to the front of the vehicle body. Ensure the wiring for the headlights is connected before securing the bumper with screws.
- Install Rear Handle: Attach the pull-up rear handle to the rear of the vehicle body, securing it with screws.
- Attach Motors and Wheels:
- Connect the motor wires to the corresponding ports on the vehicle's underside.
- Slide each wheel onto its axle.
- Secure each wheel with a washer and nut, tightening with the provided nut driver tool. Ensure both wheels on an axle are tightened against each other for proper function.
- Attach the decorative wheel covers.
- Install Roll Bar with LED Lights: Connect the wiring for the LED lights on the roll bar. Insert the roll bar into the designated slots on the vehicle body and secure it.
- Install Windshield Grille: Attach the windshield grille to the front of the vehicle.
- Install Steering Wheel: Connect the steering wheel's wiring to the vehicle's dashboard. Insert the steering wheel column into its position and secure it with the provided screw.
- Connect Battery: Locate the battery compartment (usually under the seat). Connect the red and black battery terminals. Ensure all connections are firm.
- Install Seats: Place the seats into the vehicle body and secure them with screws.

5. Charging the Battery
For optimal performance and battery longevity, follow these charging guidelines:
- Before first use, charge the battery for 6-8 hours. Do not overcharge for more than 10 hours.
- To charge, locate the charging port (typically on the dashboard or near the battery compartment).
- Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet, then connect the charger's plug to the vehicle's charging port.
- The charger indicator light will show charging status (refer to charger manual for specific light indications).
- Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
- Charge the battery after each use, or at least once a month if not in regular use, to maintain battery health.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Manual Driving (Child Operated):
- Start: Press the "One-Button Start" button on the dashboard.
- Select Drive Mode: Use the gear shifter (D/R) to select Forward (D) or Reverse (R).
- Accelerate: Press the foot pedal to move the vehicle. Release the pedal to brake.
- Steer: Use the steering wheel to control direction.
- Speed Selection: Use the High/Low speed button on the dashboard to adjust driving speed.
6.2. Remote Control (Parental Control):
The 2.4GHz remote control allows parents to safely guide the vehicle. Ensure the remote is paired with the vehicle before use.
- Pairing: Turn on the vehicle. Hold the pairing button on the remote until the indicator light on the remote stops flashing and remains solid.
- Movement: Use the joystick/buttons on the remote for Forward, Backward, Left, and Right movement.
- Speed Adjustment: The remote typically has buttons to select between 3 speed modes (low, medium, high).
- Emergency Brake: Press the "P" (Park/Brake) button on the remote to stop the vehicle immediately. This overrides child control.
