4. Assembly Instructions

  1. Assemble the Base Frame:

    Attach the Crossbars (10) to the Top Frame (Front) (6) and Top Frame (Back) (7) using M6x35 Screws (A). Ensure they are aligned correctly.

  2. Attach the Top Board:

    Place the Top Board (12) onto the assembled top frame. Secure it from underneath using M6x35 Screws (A) and M5x55 Screws (C).

  3. Install Side and Back Panels:

    Attach the Side Panel (Left) (1), Side Panel (Right) (2), and Back Panel (Left) (3) to the main structure using M6x35 Screws (A) and M5x55 Screws (C).

  4. Attach the Bottom Board:

    Place the Bottom Board (14) into the lower section of the crate. Secure it using M6x35 Screws (A).

  5. Install Casters:

    Screw the Locking Casters (H1) and Non-locking Casters (H2) into the designated holes on the bottom of the crate. Ensure locking casters are positioned for easy access.

  6. Attach Front Doors:

    Attach the Front Door (Left) (4) and Front Door (Right) (5) to the frame using the provided hinges and M6x15 Screws (B), Washers (D), Spring Washers (E), and Nuts (F). Ensure doors swing freely.

  7. Install Door Latches:

    Install the Door Latch (Left) (G1) and Door Latch (Right) (G2) to secure the doors. Test the latches to ensure they operate smoothly and securely.

  8. Final Check:

    Once assembled, double-check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. The crate should be stable and all moving parts (doors, wheels) should function correctly.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the Doors

The crate features two front doors for easy access. To open, slide the latches upwards and pull the doors outwards. To close, push the doors shut and slide the latches downwards until they click into place, ensuring they are fully engaged for security.
