1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure your liquid ingredients are chilled for best results. For slushies, ensure your mixture has sufficient sugar content (typically 12-15% sugar) to prevent it from freezing solid.
2. Pour Ingredients: Open the lid of the transparent tank and pour your prepared liquid into the tank. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (72oz liquid capacity, 92oz total volume).
3. Select Program: Use the touch control panel to select one of the 6 preset programs: Soft Ice Cream, Slushie, Spiked, Frappé, Milkshake, or Frozen Juice.
