5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Flip the main power switch (usually located near the front of the treadmill) to the 'ON' position.
  • The LED display will illuminate.
  • To power off, flip the main power switch to 'OFF' and unplug the unit.

5.2 Starting a Workout

  • Run the treadmill at a low speed after each adjustment to check alignment.
