2. Setup

2.1 Package Contents

Before starting, ensure all items are present in the package:

  • Blackview ROCK 3 Smartphone
  • USB-C Cable
  • Power Adapter
  • SIM Ejector Tool
  • User Manual (this document)

2.2 Inserting SIM Cards and MicroSD Card

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
  2. Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM cards (up to two) and/or a MicroSD card (up to 2TB) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
  4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it clicks into place.

2.3 Initial Power On and Configuration

  1. Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the Blackview logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
  3. Configure security settings such as fingerprint unlock or a PIN/pattern.

Powered by an Octa-core MediaTek G100 processor and running Android 16 with DokeOS 5.0, the ROCK 3 delivers efficient multitasking and a user-friendly interface.
