5. Setup & Installation

5.1 General Installation Notes

  • Ensure the vehicle's battery is disconnected before starting installation.

5.4 Backup Camera Installation and Setup

The included backup camera provides a wide-angle view and night vision for safer reversing. Connect the camera to the dedicated camera input on the car stereo. Ensure the camera's power is connected to the reverse light circuit so it activates automatically when shifting into reverse gear.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 CarPlay & Android Auto

Connect your smartphone to the car stereo to access CarPlay (for iOS) or Android Auto (for Android devices). This allows you to use navigation, make calls, send messages, and play music through the car stereo's interface, controlled by voice commands (Siri or Google Assistant) or the touchscreen.

6.2 GPS Navigation & WiFi

The unit features a built-in GPS module supporting both offline and online maps. Download offline map data for navigation without an internet connection. Connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot (e.g., from your smartphone) to access online maps, stream media, and download apps from the Play Store.
