4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

  1. Press the V button to cycle between DC Voltage (V=) and AC Voltage (V~).
  2. Connect the test leads in parallel to the circuit or component to be measured.

5.4 Resistance Measurement (Ω)

  1. Press the Ω button.
  2. Ensure the circuit is de-energized before measuring resistance.
  3. Connect the test leads across the component.
  4. Read the resistance value on the display.

5.5 Continuity Test (🔊)

  1. Press the Continuity button.
  2. Ensure the circuit is de-energized.
  3. Connect the test leads across the circuit path.
  4. A continuous beep indicates continuity (low resistance).

5.6 Capacitance Measurement (F)
