Setup

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to vacuum seal your food:

1. Prepare the Bag: Place the food item into a reusable vacuum bag. Ensure the bag is not overfilled and there is enough space at the top for sealing.
2. Seal the Bag: Use the included sealing clips to perfectly close the zipper seal of the bag. This prevents air leaks during the vacuuming process.
3. Position the Sealer: Place the Mehomeli Compact Vacuum Sealer directly over the circular air valve on the bag. Ensure a tight fit to prevent air from escaping.
4. Start Vacuuming: Press the power button on the sealer. The device will begin to extract air from the bag. The indicator light will illuminate (solid green for normal voltage, red blinking for low voltage).
5. Automatic Stop: The machine will automatically shut off once the desired vacuum pressure is reached (approximately 5 seconds). The green light will turn off when sealing is complete.
6. Remove Sealer: Gently lift the vacuum sealer from the bag. The bag is now sealed.
