4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port located at the bottom of the massage gun handle.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a 5V/2A adapter (not included).
- The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
- The Hot & Cold Therapy Head has a separate Type-C charging port. Charge it independently using the second provided cable.
4.2 Attaching Massage Heads
- Ensure the massage gun is powered off.
- Align the desired massage head with the opening on the gun. For the U-shaped head, align the notch on the head with the notch on the gun to prevent twisting.
- Gently push the head firmly into the opening until it is securely seated.
- To remove, pull the head straight out.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation (Massage Gun)
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button at the bottom of the handle for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
- Adjust Speed: Once powered on, tap the power button to cycle through the 4 speed levels (1600, 2200, 2700, 3300 RPM). The LED indicators will show the current speed.
- Auto-Shutoff: The device will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of continuous use.
5.2 Heat & Cold Therapy Operation (Hot & Cold Head)
The Hot & Cold Therapy Head operates independently from the massage gun's percussion function. It has its own power and temperature controls.
- Power On/Off: Press and hold either the heat (red waves) or cold (snowflake) button on the head for 3 seconds to activate.
- Heat Mode: Tap the heat button to cycle between low heat (orange light, 104°F/40°C) and high heat (red light, 113°F/45°C).
- Cold Mode: Tap the cold button to cycle between low cold (green light, 59°F/15°C) and high cold (blue light, 50°F/10°C).
- Switching Modes: While one mode is active, you can press the other mode's button to switch. For example, if in heat mode, press the cold button to switch to cold mode.
- Independent Use: The hot & cold head can be used attached to the massage gun or detached and applied directly to the skin.
5.3 Attachment Usage Guide
- Ball Head: General purpose, suitable for large muscle groups like arms, back, hips, thighs, calves.
