Setup

1. Unboxing and Initial Power On: Open the base protective cover and carefully remove the temperature probe. Remove any notice labels from the probe. Long press the power button on the probe base for 3 seconds to turn it on. Tear off the screen film from the display.
2. Probe Insertion: Always insert the probe past the safety notch/line into the thickest part of the meat. Ensure the probe is firmly inserted and not loose before cooking.
3. Clean the Probe: Before first use and after each use, clean and wipe the temperature probe.
4. Connect to Govee Home App:
   • Ensure your phone's Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled.
   • Open the Govee Home App and select "H5191" from the device list.
   • If the device is not yet turned on, long press the power button for 3 seconds. The app will prompt you to click the button on the device to complete pairing.
   • Add the meat thermometer and input your Wi-Fi password.
   • Once successfully connected, WiFi and Bluetooth logos will appear on the device display and within the app.
