Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your BAOSHISHAN BSS-NC15 watering system:

1. Prepare the Water Source: Place a bucket or reservoir of water near your plants. Ensure it is large enough to hold sufficient water for your desired watering duration. Insert the silicone intake tube with the filter into the water bucket.
2. Connect the Anti-siphon Valve: Cut a section of silicone tube. Connect one end to the water outlet of the main unit and the other end to a T-joint. Install the anti-siphon valve on this section, ensuring the word 'out' is facing upwards. This prevents water backflow.
3. Route the PVC Tubing: Cut the PVC tube into appropriate lengths based on the spacing between your potted plants. Connect these lengths using the T-joints to create a distribution network.
4. Install Emitters: Attach the desired drip emitters or 2-in-1 spray & drip emitters to the ends of the PVC tubes at each plant. Use the ground stakes to secure the emitters in the soil.
5. Power Connection: Connect the Type-C USB cable to the main unit and a power adapter (not included). The system can operate continuously when plugged in, or use its built-in rechargeable battery for up to 30 days.

Operating Instructions

The main control unit features an intuitive LED display and clear buttons for easy programming.

1. Power On/Off: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the device on or off.
2. Set Current Time: Press the 'TIME' button once. The 'Clock' will flash. Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to set the current time. Press 'TIME' again to confirm.
3. Set Watering Duration: Press the 'WATER' button once. 'Watering Sec' will flash. Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to set the watering duration (1-300 seconds). Press 'WATER' again to confirm.
4. Set Watering Interval (Hours): Press the 'WATER' button twice. 'Interval Hour' will flash. Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to set the watering interval in hours (1-15 hours). Press 'WATER' again to confirm.
5. Set Watering Interval (Days): Press the 'WATER' button three times. 'Interval Day' will flash. Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to set the watering interval in days (1-30 days). Press 'WATER' again to confirm.
6. Manual Watering: Press the 'MO' button to initiate a manual watering cycle. The system will water for the set duration.

Emitter Types and Usage

The system includes two types of emitters to cater to different plant needs:

• Adjustable Basic Drippers: Ideal for plants that prefer less water or have specific drip requirements, such as cacti and succulents. These can be adjusted for fast or slow dripping.
• 2-in-1 Spray & Drip Emitters: Perfect for foliage plants like Pothos and Monstera Deliciosa, which benefit from both root watering and gentle leaf misting. These emitters provide a combination of spray and drip.
