1. Product Overview

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your VINGLI King Metal Bed Frame. This bed frame features a sturdy metal construction, a headboard with integrated storage and a charging station, and four under-bed storage drawers. It is designed for use with a King-size mattress and does not require a box spring.

• Each storage drawer has a maximum weight capacity of 55 lbs. Do not overload drawers.

3. Assembly Instructions

The VINGLI King Metal Bed Frame is designed for easy assembly. It is recommended that two adults assemble this product. All necessary tools and numbered parts are included.

3.1 Unpacking and Preparation

• Open the packaging carefully and remove all components.
• Verify that all parts listed in the included parts list are present and undamaged.
• Lay out all parts on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

3.2 Step-by-Step Assembly

Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included assembly manual. Ensure screws are tightened firmly but do not overtighten to avoid stripping threads.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Under-Bed Storage Drawers

The bed frame includes four large under-bed storage drawers on wheels. These drawers are designed to glide smoothly for easy access. To use, simply pull the drawer out from under the bed. To close, push it back until it is fully recessed under the frame.

4.2 Charging Station

The headboard features a built-in charging station with 2 AC outlets, 2 USB ports, and 1 Type-C port. Connect the bed frame's power cord to a wall outlet. You can then plug in and charge your electronic devices directly from the headboard.

4.3 RGB LED Lights

The headboard is equipped with RGB LED light strips offering over 6000 colors, adjustable brightness levels, various scene modes, and music sync functionality. Control the lights using the provided remote control, a mobile application, or the integrated switch.

4.4 Adjustable Headboard Shelf

The headboard features an adjustable shelf for additional storage. The height of this shelf can be adjusted by 1.57 inches to accommodate different items.

5. Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: The wood panels on the headboard and footboard are designed to be easy to clean. Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
• Mute Strips: The EVA mute strips are crucial for reducing noise. Ensure they are properly attached and in good condition. Replace if worn or damaged.
• Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
• Charging Station: Keep the charging ports free of dust and debris. Do not expose the charging station to liquids.
• LED Lights: If LED lights malfunction, check the power connection and remote control battery. Contact customer support if issues persist.

6. Troubleshooting

• Squeaking Noise:
  • Ensure all assembly screws are securely tightened.
  • Verify that the EVA mute strips are correctly installed on all contact points between metal parts.
  • Check if the mattress is properly seated on the slats.
• LED Lights Not Working:
  • Confirm the bed frame's power cord is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet.
  • Check the connection of the LED light strip to the power source.
  • Replace the battery in the remote control if it's unresponsive.
  • If using the mobile app, ensure Bluetooth connection is active and the app is updated.
• Charging Station Not Functioning:
  • Ensure the bed frame's main power cord is plugged in.
  • Test with different devices and cables to rule out device-specific issues.
  • Avoid overloading the charging station with too many high-power devices simultaneously.
• Drawers Not Sliding Smoothly:
  • Check for any obstructions under the bed or in the drawer's path.
  • Ensure the wheels are clean and free of debris.
  • Verify that the drawers are not overloaded beyond their 55 lbs capacity.
