1. Product Overview

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your VINGLI Full Platform Bed. This bed frame features a sturdy metal construction, an integrated headboard with a charging station and LED lights, and four large under-bed storage drawers. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure safe and correct operation.

2. Safety Information

Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product:

• Keep all small parts and packaging materials away from children.
• Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 880 lbs for the bed frame and 55 lbs per storage drawer.
• Use the provided EVA mute strips to reduce friction noise and ensure stability.
• Exercise caution around sharp edges during assembly and use to prevent injury.
• Do not stand on the bed frame or headboard.
• Ensure the bed is placed on a level surface.
• Only use a mattress within 10-12 inches thickness for optimal fit with the headboard.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

4.2. Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Assemble the Headboard: Attach the wooden panels to the metal headboard frame using the provided screws. Ensure the charging station slot is correctly aligned.

2. Install Charging Station: Insert the charging station into the designated slot on the headboard and secure it with screws.

3. Assemble Bed Frame: Connect the side rails and footboard to the headboard. Ensure all connections are firm.
4. Attach Support Legs and Slats: Secure the central support legs and then lay out and attach the metal slats to the frame. Apply EVA mute strips to the slats as instructed to prevent noise.

5. Assemble Storage Drawers: Assemble the wire mesh drawers and attach the wheels. Then, attach the wooden drawer fronts to the assembled drawers.

6. Insert Drawers: Slide the assembled drawers into the designated spaces under the bed frame. The keyhole slot design helps align and secure the drawers.

7. Install LED Lights: Peel the backing from the LED strip and firmly stick it to the underside of the headboard shelf. Connect the LED strip plug to the charging socket on the headboard.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Charging Station

The integrated charging station on the headboard includes 2 AC outlets, 2 USB ports, and 1 Type-C port. Simply plug your devices into the appropriate ports for convenient charging.

5.2. LED Lights

The RGB LED light strips offer over 6000 colors, adjustable brightness levels, various scene modes, and music sync functionality. Control the lights using the provided remote control, a mobile app, or the integrated switch.

5.3. Storage Drawers

The four under-bed drawers are on wheels for easy access. Pull them out to store clothes, books, toys, or other items. Push them back in when not in use to keep your room tidy.

5.4. Adjustable Headboard Shelf

The headboard features an adjustable shelf, allowing you to customize its position to suit your needs for storing items like books, alarm clocks, or decorative pieces.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the metal and wooden surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The headboard panels are designed to be waterproof and easy to clean.

• Tighten Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
• Drawer Care: Keep the drawer wheels free of debris to ensure smooth operation.
• LED Lights: If the LED lights malfunction, check the connection to the charging socket. If issues persist, contact customer support.
