An unlevel foundation can lead to gaps and assembly difficulties.

4.2 Unpacking and Part Identification

The storage shed will be divided into multiple packages (e.g., 13 packages for the 10x16 model), which may be delivered in batches. Remove all pieces from the packages and spread them out on a clean work surface. Carefully check the type and quantity of all parts against the provided parts list in the manual before starting assembly. This ensures all components are present and accounted for.

4.3 Required Tools

Ensure you have the following tools ready before starting assembly: a drill, ladder, screwdriver, hex wrench, wrench, work gloves, and safety glasses. A rubber mallet and a board are also highly recommended for securely fitting panels without damage.

4.4 Assembly Process

Follow the detailed instructions provided in your product manual. The assembly process typically involves:

1. Floor Assembly: Connect the floor panels securely.
2. Wall Panel Installation: Attach the wall panels to the floor, ensuring they are properly aligned and snapped into place. Use a rubber mallet and a board to gently tap panels into position if needed, especially for a tight fit.

• Ventilation: Integrated vents at the top of the shed ensure air circulation, reducing humidity and maintaining freshness inside. These vents are always open and do not require manual adjustment.
