Assembly Steps

Steps 28-38: Initial Component Assembly

Follow the sequence of steps below, performing the indicated actions such as 'CLICK' and attaching specific parts.

Step 28: Click part B2.

Step 29: Click part B2, then click part B3.

Step 30: Attach part B3 to B2, then click.

Step 31: Click part B3.

Step 32: Click part B2.

Step 33: Pre-fold part B5. Click part B2, then part B5. Click part B5.

Step 34: Install part SP6-15.

Step 35: Install parts B2-1 with SP6-15 screws. (Quantity: 60 pcs SP6-15)

Step 36: Attach M6-10 screws (X2) to part B2-3.

Step 37: Attach M6-10 screws (4 pcs each) to parts B2-3. (Quantity: 40 pcs SP6-15)

Step 38: Attach SP6-15 screws (10 pcs) to part B2-2.

Steps 39-44: Beam Installation

Beam installation is divided into two main groups: front/rear components (Steps 39-42) and middle components (Steps 43-44). Install the front and rear components first, then the middle components. When installing the middle components, please use your hands to support Area A.

Steps 39-42: Front and Rear Components

Step 39: Install parts E4 (X4) with M6-55 screws and SP6-15 screws. (Parts: E4, M6-55, D2-2, SP6-15. Quantities: 20 pcs M6-55, 4 pcs SP6-15)

Step 40: Install parts E1-1 (X2) with M6-15 screws. (Parts: E1-1, M6-15, D2-5. Quantities: 4 pcs M6-15)

Step 41: Install parts D2-3 (X2) and D2-4 with M6-55 and M6-15 screws. (Parts: E1-1, M6-55, D2-3, D2-4, M6-15. Quantities: 4 pcs M6-55, 4 pcs M6-15, 8 pcs M6)

Step 42: Install parts D2-6 with SP6-20 and M6-15 screws. (Parts: D2-6, SP6-20, M6-15. Quantities: 4 pcs SP6-20, 2 pcs M6-15)

Steps 43-44: Middle Components

Step 43: Install parts E2-1 (X3) with M6-15 screws. (Parts: E2-1, M6-15. Quantities: 6 pcs M6-15)

Step 44: Install parts E2-1 with SP6-20 and M6-15 screws. (Parts: E2-1, SP6-20, M6-15. Quantities: 4 pcs SP6-20, 8 pcs M6-15)

Steps 45-57: Structural Assembly

Continue assembling the main structure of the shed.

Step 45: Install parts Z6 with SP6-20 and M6-15 screws. (Parts: Z6, SP6-20, M6-15, M6. Quantities: 8 pcs Z6, 8 pcs SP6-20, 8 pcs M6-15, 8 pcs M6)

Step 46: Install parts Z6 with M6-15 and M6 screws. (Parts: Z6, M6-15, M6. Quantities: 4 pcs Z6, 4 pcs M6-15, 4 pcs M6)

Step 47: Install parts Z6 with SP6-20 and M6-15 screws. (Parts: Z6, SP6-20, M6-15, M6. Quantities: 4 pcs Z6, 8 pcs SP6-20, 4 pcs M6-15, 4 pcs M6)

Step 48: Attach CLI, CRI, CL, CR components using M5-8 screws. (Parts: CLI, CRI, CL, CR, M5-8. Quantity: 6 pcs M5-8)

Step 49: Attach CLI, CRI, CL, CR components using M5-8 screws. (Parts: CLI, CRI, CL, CR, M5-8. Quantity: 4 pcs SP6-15)

Step 50: Attach CLI, CRI, CL, CR components using SP6-15 screws. (Parts: CLI, CRI, CL, CR, SP6-15. Quantity: 4 pcs SP6-15)

Step 51: Attach CLI, CRI, CL, CR components using SP6-15 screws.

Step 52: Install parts with M5-8 screws and SP6-20 screws. (Parts: M5-8, SP6-20. Quantities: 6 pcs M5-8, 2 pcs SP6-20)

Step 53: Install parts with M5-8 screws and SP6-20 screws. (Parts: M5-8, SP6-20. Quantities: 18 pcs M5-8, 2 pcs SP6-20)

Step 54: Note the mounting direction of D4. Install D1, D3, D4. (Parts: D4, D1, D3. Quantities: 16 pcs D4)

Step 55: Place D1 and D3 into the grooves of the iron frame, aligning with CL and CR grooves, then push forward. D4 should fit perfectly on the tripod. (Parts: D1, D3, CL, CR, D4, SP6-20. Quantities: 32 pcs SP6-20)

Step 56: Install parts E1, E2 with SP6-20 screws. (Parts: E1, E2, SP6-20. Quantity: 20 pcs SP6-20)

Step 57: Tilt D2 into place and secure. (Parts: D2, SP6-20. Quantity: 114 pcs SP6-20)

Steps 58-61: Door Frame Assembly

Assemble the door frame components.

Step 58: Install parts with SP6-25 screws.

Step 59: Install part E3 with SP6-25 screws. (Parts: E3, SP6-25. Quantity: 24 pcs SP6-25)

Step 60: Install parts DG, DF, DR, DL.

Step 61: Adjustment Procedure: If an obstruction is encountered, do not force. Rotate DZ to adjust. Push DZ completely down until the bottom surface is level.

Step 62: Video Guidance and Final Placement

Important: Before installation, please watch the video. Follow the installation details in the video to avoid product damage.

Take the DR and DL inside. Push them forward into position. Push them into the groove of the floor. Press the DZ downwards. Tilt the DR and DL and snap it into the DDZ. After inserting the DDZ, push the DR and DL to the fitting position.

Steps 63-65: Door Attachment

Step 63: Mount DC part DS (lock part) using 4 long screws (M5-12) and 4 SP6-20 screws. (Parts: DH2, DH1, DS, M5-12, SP6-20. Quantities: 4 pcs M5-12, 4 pcs SP6-20)

Step 64: Mount part DS (hinge section) using 3 short screws (M5-12). Remember to unplug the DC when closing the door and put it down when the door is closed.

Step 65: This step requires two people. One person closes the door and inserts the pin, while the other person adjusts the gap outside the door. After ensuring the gap is even, the person inside installs DDZ screws (SP6-20 and M5-12). (Parts: DDZ, SP6-20, M5-12, B1-1. Quantities: 8 pcs SP6-20, 4 pcs M5-12)

Care & Safety Information

  • In case of fire, do not attempt to extinguish any burning polypropylene with water. Unsuitable for storage of flammable or corrosive substances.
  • It is of utmost importance to assemble all of the parts according to the directions. Do not skip any step.
  • Please consult your local authorities if any permits are required to erect the shed.
  • Periodically check the shed to assure that it remains stable and that the site remains level.
  • It is highly recommended to secure the shed to an immovable object or to the ground by drilling holes in the floor at the pre-marked locations and inserting proper screws into the ground (size: 1.9''-3'', screws are not included).
  • Wear safety-goggles and always follow the manufacturer's instructions when using power tools.
  • Wash shed with garden hose or a mild detergent solution. Using a stiff brush or abrasive cleaner could damage the shed.
  • Hot items such as recently used grills, blowtorches, etc., must not be stored in the shed.
  • Heavy articles should not be leaned against the walls, as this may cause distortion.
  • Keep roof clean of snow and leaves. Heavy amounts of snow on the roof can damage the shed, making it unsafe to enter.
  • Although wind direction varies, it is an important factor when taking into account where to place your shed. Therefore, it is recommended to reduce wind exposure of the shed in general, and the door side in particular.
  • Keep doors closed and locked to prevent wind damage.
  • Do not stand on the roof.
