Height Adjustment:
- Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons on the control panel to manually adjust the desk height. The current height will be displayed on the digital screen.
- The desk can be adjusted from a minimum height of 72 cm to a maximum height of 120 cm.
Memory Presets:
The desk features 4 programmable memory height settings.
- Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons.
- Press the M button (or similar memory set button) followed by one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4). The height is now saved to that preset.
- To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding numbered button.

Sedentary Reminder:
