Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power adapter not connected properly or power outlet issue. | Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the projector and a working electrical outlet. |
| Image is blurry | Focus ring not adjusted correctly or projection distance is too far/close. | Rotate the manual focus ring on the lens until the image is clear. Adjust the projector's distance from the projection surface. |
| Remote control not working | Batteries are dead or incorrectly inserted; remote is too far from the projector. | Replace batteries, ensure correct polarity. Point the remote directly at the projector within operational range. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Bluetooth not enabled on projector or mobile device; device is out of range. | Ensure Bluetooth is active on both devices. Move the mobile device closer to the projector. |
| Sound quality is poor | Volume too high, audio source quality, or environmental factors. | Adjust the volume. Ensure the audio source is of good quality. The built-in speaker is designed for ambient sound, not high-fidelity audio. |
