3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Mounting the Display
The adjustable suction cup mount allows for flexible placement on your dashboard or windshield. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesion.
- Clean the car dashboard or windshield surface thoroughly.
- Remove the protective film from the suction cup.
- Press the suction cup firmly onto the desired surface and lock it into place using the lever.
- Attach the display to the mount and adjust the angle for optimal viewing.

3.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided cigarette lighter power cable to the display and then to your vehicle's 12-24V cigarette lighter socket. The device will power on automatically.
3.3 Rearview Camera Installation (Optional)
For rearview camera functionality, connect the provided 6-meter camera cable to the display's AV IN port. For automatic activation when reversing, connect the camera's red wire to your vehicle's reverse light power supply. Professional installation is recommended for this step.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Wireless Apple CarPlay Connection
Connect your iPhone wirelessly to the ESSGOO display for Apple CarPlay functionality. Your iPhone must be running iOS 10 or later.
- Activate CarPlay mode on the display.
- Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your iPhone.
- Select the device named "ESSGOO-XXXXXX" from your iPhone's Bluetooth settings to pair and authorize CarPlay.
- The connection is successful.

4.2 Wireless Android Auto Connection
Connect your Android smartphone wirelessly to the ESSGOO display for Android Auto functionality. Your Android phone must be running Android 11.0 or later.
- Activate Android Auto mode on the display.
- Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone.
- Select the device named "ESSGOO-XXXXXX" for Bluetooth connection.
- The connection is successful.

4.3 Mirror Link Functionality
The Mirror Link feature allows you to project your smartphone screen onto the ESSGOO display, enabling you to view videos, navigation, and other apps. This feature supports both AirPlay for iOS and Super Link for Android/iOS.
4.3.1 AirPlay for iPhone
- Activate Apple AirPlay mode on the display.
- Follow the connection instructions on your portable phone, connect to the device's Wi-Fi name "ESSGOO_XXXXXX", and enter the password.
- Once the Wi-Fi connection is established, activate the screen mirroring function on your mobile phone.
- Select the mirror object; connection successful.
4.3.2 Super Link for Android
For Android devices, use the Super Link feature to mirror your screen.
- Click on the Super Link icon on the display.
- Download and install the "EveLink" application on your Android phone.
- Add a portable phone within the EveLink app.
- Connect to the Wi-Fi "EVELINK-XXXXXX" and follow the prompts to start mirroring.
- Connection successful.

4.4 Audio Output Options
The ESSGOO display offers multiple ways to output audio to your car's sound system:
- Built-in Speaker: The display has an integrated speaker for direct audio output.
- Bluetooth 5.3: Connect your phone to the display via Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless audio streaming. You can also connect the display to your car's original Bluetooth system.
- AUX Connection: Use the provided AUX cable to connect the display to your car's AUX input for wired audio transmission.
- FM Transmitter: Transmit audio wirelessly to your car's FM radio by setting both the display and your car radio to the same FM frequency.

4.5 Voice Control (Siri & Google Assistant)
Utilize voice commands through Siri (for Apple CarPlay) or Google Assistant (for Android Auto) to control navigation, make calls, send messages, and play music, ensuring a safer driving experience.

4.6 Navigation
Access real-time navigation applications like Google Maps or Waze directly from your smartphone via CarPlay or Android Auto. The 7-inch screen provides clear route guidance.

4.7 Rearview Camera Operation
When the rearview camera is connected and properly installed, the display will automatically switch to the camera feed when the vehicle is put into reverse. The 140° wide-angle HD camera provides clear vision and parking assistance lines.

5. Maintenance
