Setup Guide

1. Unpacking and Assembly

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the Product Structure section are present and undamaged.

2. Power Supply

The feeder supports dual power supply options:

  • USB Power Adapter: Connect the provided 5V USB power adapter to the feeder and a wall outlet for continuous operation.
  • Battery Backup: For power outages or portability, insert three D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located at the bottom of the unit.

3. Filling the Food Container

Open the lid and pour dry pet food into the 4.2L container. Ensure the kibble size is between 2-10mm to prevent jamming. Close the lid securely.

4. Desiccant Bag Installation

Place the desiccant bag (if included) into its holder under the lid to keep the food fresh and dry.

Operating Instructions

1. Control Panel Overview

The feeder features an LCD screen and simple press buttons for setting. The panel automatically locks after 20 seconds of inactivity. Press the 'SET' button for 3 seconds to unlock.

2. Setting Feeding Schedule

The feeder allows up to 6 meals per day, with 1 to 12 portions per meal (each portion is approximately 4g-8g).

  1. Press the 'SET' button to enter programming mode.
  2. Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrows to adjust the meal time (e.g., 1st meal, 2nd meal).
  3. Press 'SET' again to confirm the meal time and move to portion setting.
  4. Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrows to select the number of portions for that meal.
  5. Repeat for all desired meals.
  6. The feeder has a memory function, retaining settings even after power loss.

3. Voice Recording Function

Record a 10-second voice message to call your pets at meal times.

  1. Press and hold the microphone button until you hear a beep.
  2. Speak your message clearly into the microphone.
  3. Release the button to save the recording.
  4. The recorded message will play automatically at each scheduled meal.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your feeder.

  1. Disconnect the power adapter and remove any batteries before cleaning.
  2. Detach the food tank, lid, and feeding bowls.
  3. The pet-safe ABS bowls and optional stainless steel bowls are washable. Hand wash them with mild soap and water.
  4. The main unit (with electronic components) is not washable. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and refilling with food.

  1. Please pour in the dry pet food, make sure the dry food diameter is between 2-10 mm.
  2. Check if the batteries power are low.
  3. Check if the power adapter is connected.
LCD display don't show
  1. The panel automatically locks without operation for 20 seconds. Please press 'SET' button for 3 seconds to unlock the screen.
  2. Check if the batteries power are low or power adapter is connected.
  3. If the batteries or power adapter is no problem, please contact us.
Can't hear recorded voiceMake sure you have recorded your voice. Unlock screen, press button to check. If you still don't hear the voice, please record again.
