Important Safety Instructions

Setup

The Vornado STRATA 8 OmniWave Table Fan comes fully assembled and ready for use. No additional assembly is required.

  1. Placement: Position the fan on a stable, flat surface in the desired location. Ensure there is adequate space around the fan for optimal airflow and oscillation.
  2. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The fan will perform an initial range of motion upon plugging in.

Operating Instructions

    • 90° or 180° Panoramic Oscillation: Horizontal movement.
    • 60° or 90° Vertical Oscillation: Vertical movement.
    • Multi-Axis Oscillation: Combines both horizontal and vertical movement.

Breeze Mode

Breeze Mode simulates natural outdoor airflow by dynamically varying the fan speed.

  • Press the Breeze Mode button (Breeze Mode button icon) on the remote control to activate or deactivate this mode.

Timer Function

Set the fan to automatically shut off after a specified period, up to 12 hours.

Cleaning the Grille and Blade

The fan is designed with a removable grille and blade for easy cleaning.

  1. Unplug the Fan: Always ensure the fan is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Remove Screw: Locate and remove the single screw securing the front grille.
  3. Remove Grille: Carefully detach the front grille.
  4. Clean Blade: Gently wipe the fan blade with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor in water.
  5. Clean Grille: Wash the grille with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
