- Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of the chair base legs. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift and Footrest: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base. Slide the footrest ring over the gas lift cylinder and secure it at your desired height using the adjustment knob.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Connect the backrest to the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure a secure fit.
- Attach Armrests: Secure the armrests to the seat cushion using the provided screws. Note that these armrests are designed to flip up.

Operating Instructions
Chair Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat.
- To raise the seat: Lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat. The seat will rise automatically. Release the lever at the desired height.
- To lower the seat: Lift the lever while remaining seated. The seat will lower. Release the lever at the desired height.
Footrest Adjustment
The footrest ring can be adjusted vertically along the gas lift cylinder. Loosen the knob on the footrest, slide it to the desired height, and then tighten the knob securely to lock it in place.

Flip-up Armrests
The armrests can be flipped up 90 degrees to save space or allow the chair to be pushed closer to a desk. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position. To lower them, gently pull them down.
Lumbar Support Adjustment
The chair features a 2-inch adjustable lumbar support. To adjust, grasp the lumbar support mechanism on the backrest and slide it up or down to find the most comfortable position for your lower back.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the chair with a soft, damp cloth. For mesh and fabric areas, use a mild soap solution if necessary, and then wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Caster Care: Periodically check casters for hair or debris accumulation and clean as needed to ensure smooth rolling.
- Hardware Check: Every 3-6 months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
- Gas Lift: The gas lift cylinder is maintenance-free. Do not attempt to disassemble it.
