2. Safety Information
- Always wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves and eye protection, during assembly.
- Ensure the assembly area is clear of obstructions and children.
- Do not attempt to assemble the greenhouse alone. Two or more people are recommended for safe and efficient assembly.
- Verify all parts are securely fastened before use.
- Do not climb on the greenhouse structure.
- In areas with heavy snow, regularly clear snow from the roof to prevent structural damage.
3. Setup and Assembly
The Aoxun 6x10 FT Wood Greenhouse is delivered in multiple packages. Please ensure all packages have arrived before beginning assembly. It is recommended to lay out all parts and verify against the included parts list.
3.1 Foundation Preparation
A level and stable foundation is crucial for the structural integrity of your greenhouse. Consider using pea gravel with a weed barrier or a paver brick foundation for optimal stability and drainage.
3.2 Component Overview
- Premium Cedar Wood Frame: Constructed from high-quality, FSC certified cedar wood, offering natural insect resistance and durability.
- Multi-Layer Polycarbonate Panels: Designed to mimic natural light distribution, filter harmful UV rays, and promote plant growth. These panels are inserted into the wooden frame.
- Automatic Temperature Control Roof Vent: Features two rods for temperature regulation.
- Lockable Door: Provides secure access to the greenhouse interior.
- Heavy-Duty Hooks: For hanging lights, plants, or decorations.

3.3 Securing the Structure
The greenhouse is designed with features to enhance wind resistance and stability:
- Anchoring Stakes: For securing the greenhouse to the ground, providing resistance up to 50-60 mph winds.
- Expansion Bolts: For maximum stability, connecting the greenhouse to a concrete or solid foundation, offering resistance up to 60-70 mph winds.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Automatic Temperature Control Roof Vent
The roof vent is equipped with an automatic temperature control mechanism. One rod automatically adjusts the window angle based on the internal temperature:
- At 10°C (50°F), the window slowly closes.
- At 35°C (95°F), the window opens to a maximum angle of 35°.
An additional rod allows for manual adjustment of the window angle to suit specific ventilation needs.

4.2 Ventilation
In addition to the roof vent, the greenhouse includes an extra vent to facilitate air circulation, even when the main roof windows are closed. This helps maintain a healthy environment for your plants.
4.3 Using the Interior Space
The spacious interior provides ample room for various plants, vegetables, and flowers. The heavy-duty hooks can support up to 55 lbs each, ideal for hanging baskets, grow lights, or decorative items.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning Polycarbonate Panels
To maintain optimal light transmission, regularly clean the polycarbonate panels with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the surface.
5.2 Wood Frame Care
The cedar wood frame is naturally resistant to insects and decay. Periodically inspect the wood for any signs of wear or damage. If desired, the wood can be treated with a weather-resistant sealant to prolong its lifespan and maintain its appearance.
5.3 Winter Preparation
The greenhouse roof is designed to withstand up to 6 inches of snow. In regions with heavier snowfall, it is recommended to regularly clear snow from the roof to prevent excessive load and potential damage.

6. Troubleshooting
- Difficulty during assembly: Ensure all parts are correctly oriented according to the assembly diagrams. Some steps may require extra care and patience. Refer to the detailed pictorial instructions provided with your product.
- Insufficient ventilation: Check if the automatic roof vent is functioning correctly. Manually adjust the vent if needed. Ensure the additional vent is clear of obstructions.
- Water leakage: Inspect all panel seals and connections. Ensure polycarbonate panels are fully inserted and secured.
