Setup
Charging the Device
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the massager.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The indicator light will show charging status. Allow the device to fully charge before first use.

Using the Massager
- Power On: Press the power button to turn on the massager.
- Insert Hand: Place your hand into the massager, ensuring it covers your palm and fingers comfortably.
- Select Mode: Press the mode button to cycle through the available massage modes. The indicator light will change color to show the selected mode:
- Blue: Kneading only
- Orange: Kneading + Compression
- Purple: Compression only
- Adjust Intensity: Use the intensity button to select one of the three adjustable intensity levels (Mild, Medium, Strong) for your preferred massage strength.
- Activate Heat Therapy: Press the heat button to select one of the three temperature settings (35°C to 45°C). The heat function can be used independently or in conjunction with massage modes.
- Session Duration: The massager is designed for sessions of up to 15 minutes. After each session, it is recommended to take a 15-minute break before resuming use.
