Setup

1. Assemble the Stand (if applicable)

Follow the instructions in the included "Exploded Diagram" and use the provided screw pack to assemble the machine stand. Ensure all connections are secure for stability.

2. Connect to Power and Computer

Connect the power cable to the machine and a suitable power outlet. For computer connection, choose one of the following options:

• USB Port: Use the provided USB cable to connect the machine to your computer.
• U-Disk Port: Insert a U-disk (USB flash drive) with your cutting files directly into the machine.
• Serial Port: Use the serial cable to connect to a computer with a serial port.

Operating Instructions

1. Loading Material

The machine supports materials up to 1 mm (0.04 inches) thick. Carefully load your vinyl, HTV, or other compatible material onto the rollers. Ensure the material is aligned straight and secured by the dual-spring pinch rollers to prevent misalignment during cutting.

2. Control Panel Overview

• Reset: Resets the machine to default position/settings.
• Leave: Exits or goes back from the current menu.
• Setting: Enters the settings menu (speed, force, etc.).

• Origin: Sets the origin point for cutting.
• Directional Arrows: Manually move the blade along the X or Y axis.

3. Adjusting Blade Pressure and Speed

4. Preparing and Sending Designs
